We are excited to extend a warm invitation to individuals facing reduced mobility due to health conditions, as well as their dedicated caregivers and family members, to join us for a transformative and empowering workshop. This free event aims to provide valuable insights, support, and practical strategies for enhancing mobility and overall well-being. Led by experienced healthcare professionals, the workshop will cover a range of topics, including personalised mobility exercises, adaptive techniques, and effective ways for caregivers to provide support without creating dependency. We believe in fostering a supportive community where individuals and their caregivers can share experiences and learn together. Join us for a day of empowerment, education, and connection at St Paul’s Church. Together, let’s embark on a journey towards improved mobility and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
