“Safety Net: Tackling the Real-World Online Dangers Highlighted in Adolescence

skips safety net workshop

Bringing the parent community together online

Many parents worry about what their children are doing online, yet very few know of the real dangers.

This 60-minute live session is hard hitting and will:

  • raise your awareness to the good, the bad and the ugly of the Internet and what children are doing online.
  • highlight the real dangers children are unknowingly at risk of when they’re using the Internet, social media, gaming and more.
  • equip you with the confidence, knowledge and tools to help keep your child safe online.

To get the most from the session, we recommend having a copy of our award-winning, fun and colourful Safety Net parental engagement resource. It’s packed with crosswords, word searches, and talking points to help you start important conversations at home about staying safe online.

Please note: While the session is open to everyone, the number of printed resources is limited. These are being distributed by the school, so we kindly encourage you to register as soon as possible to help secure a copy in advance of the session.
